Excellent Service Award 2006

Launched in 1994, the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) is a national award that recognises individuals who have delivered outstanding service. It seeks to develop service models for staff to emulate, create service champions and professionalise servcie.

EXSA is managed by SPRING Singapore and 7 industry lead associations. One of them is the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS).

Insight continued to participate in this year EXSA and was awarded 2 Silver and 1 Gold.

The Silver Award was presented to :

Ms Sheryl Lim


The Gold Award was presented to :

Mr Jason Heng


The company (Insight) was also given recognition for the nomination of servcie champions and professional services.
